Naef & Co. provides professional engineering and procurement services. Engagements are governed by a written agreement, statement of work, or purchase order; the terms below apply in addition to any executed contract.
Fees are charged for professional services performed. If you believe an invoice or charge is incorrect, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will review it promptly. Where a billing error or work not performed is confirmed, we will issue a corresponding refund or credit to the original payment method.
For payment disputes, we ask that you contact us first so we can resolve the matter directly before initiating a chargeback.
Either party may cancel an engagement in writing subject to the notice terms of the applicable agreement or statement of work. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation takes effect 10 business days after written notice.
On cancellation, you are responsible for fees for services performed and costs committed through the effective cancellation date. Prepaid amounts for services not yet performed will be refunded.
Naef & Co. provides professional services and does not sell physical goods; accordingly, no product return policy applies. Concerns about delivered work are addressed through the refund and dispute process above and the terms of the applicable agreement.
Services are offered within the United States to U.S. federal agencies, prime contractors, and other eligible clients. Certain engineering technical data and services may be subject to U.S. export controls, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
Controlled technical data will not be exported, released, or transferred to foreign persons or destinations without required U.S. Government authorization. Engagements are accepted subject to applicable law and regulation.
Naef & Co. does not currently offer promotional pricing or discounts. If a specific promotion is offered in the future, its full terms, eligibility, and expiration will be stated in writing at the time of the offer and will govern that promotion.
